Sloppy Grace

I had no intentions of blogging today but the truth is that you come across some truths that gets you thinking and #making you want to share with others.

Many a Christians do not understand grace, we use grace.

Grace abounds not Grace on a perpetual rebound (continuing in wrong  so it abounds)

The quote below should get you thinking as it got me

The Perfect man

Your opinion of my prefect man is perfect. I appreciate your love because in your eyes I see he is perfect. The right height, appropriate age, prefect skin colour, fine eyes, glittering teeth and those drop dead abs with the right number of veins on his muscular skin, being able to lift me up to touch the moon and put me in a sweet dream(#put me to bed).

So I got to thinking;

Did you check if he has the right heart and loves the Most High?

Did you check just his skin or the scares that are born out of unconditional sacrifices?

Are his eyes just fine or do you think he will fill me life with fun and laughter and make me smile out my white teeth?

Is he just aged or mature?

Is it just the veins or you’re sure he will value me and bring out the best in me?

Is it just about lifting my body what happens to my Spirit?

Will i just have sweet dreams or be in the sweet place at the end of life?

Your answer will make me look into your opinion for me.

When Pride Meets Truth

I’m not sure if it’s haughtiness or naughtiness or even high self-esteem

The way you talk, feeling all supreme to others

The way act like you created the heavens and the earth and own all in it

The way you move like the earth is no worth for your feet on it

Acting people should be at your mercy

Acting like you got it all together

Acting like your ways are the best ways

All you bring is opposition

All you is bring a fall to your followers

All your bring is brokenness beyond repair

When you will meet Truth you will know that you are just a breath, a vapour

When you will meet Truth you will know that only His ways are High ways

When you will meet Truth you will know that the creature cannot be greater the Creator

Your worth is in Him ONLY

Pride goes before a fall that is the Truth.

How To Get The Name That Stands Out

Jesus Christ is our perfect example of a name that stands out. There are things that we can do which will cause Christ to be exalted in our lives and thereby making our names stand out.

  1.  Having love one for another and not doing things for vain glory
  2. Acting in humility; considering others better than  ourselves
  3. Showing concern for the things of others( not praying only for ourselves but others too)
  4. Above all having the mind of God ( Focusing on making his Kingdom come by reaching out to the lost)

He wills we work and do His good pleasures. He is a rewarder so lets get to work.

You Do Not Own My Emotions

I own my emotions not you.

You cannot tell me how to react because I am not you

I own how I react, yet I am accountable to ONE

I know who I am

Your opinion do not define me

You do not know where I am coming from

No clue of where I am going to

I am better

I am stronger

I am a great woman

My making is in Him only and no man

I stand tall

I stand strong

I stand secure

In Him I live, move and have my being

Tithing Is Foolish

“For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with
God. For it is written, He takes the wise in their own

craftiness.” 1 Cor 3:19

Personally I think people should not in any wise force their opinions on anyone. Say what you have to say and if the heart or ear hearing is a fertile soil it will grow. Men of God or Pastors and all other titles are just carpenters of God’s building project which has just one Foundation; Jesus Christ. As it concerns tithing I don’t get the fuse how people say it’s in the Old Testament and preachers use it to enrich themselves etc and all the other babblings.

Now what is in the old that is not in the new that produces results? We saw healing in the old and still in the new. We were alerted of the out pour of the spirit; evident in speaking in tongues and yet people will tell you, the real me is the spirit part not the flesh but that tongues thing I don’t buy. So I wonder how we use flesh to relate with the spirit.

How convenient we choose parts of the Word we want to make bed with (Offering is okay but no not my 10%). I am sure that because Mathew 6 calls our attention to when we pray, when we fast and when we give, oh that’s it, no mention of when we tithe so I guess it’s some made up idea, so I wonder if God was expected to recopy the Old Testament in the new. We are followers of Abraham by name (the blessed, faithful, friend of God) not be action (tithing) etc

“Should people cheat God? Yet you have cheated me!

“But you ask, ‘What do you mean? When did we ever cheat you?’

“You have cheated me of the tithes and offerings due to me. (Mal 3:8)

Begin by being honest. Do honest people rob God? But you rob me day after day.

“You ask, ‘How have we robbed you?’

“The tithe and the offering—that’s how! (Mal 3:8)

He is the same yesterday today and forever. My point is this, His Word is forever and heaven and earth will pass away but the Word is on for live. Agree partially or fully judgement is near for us all. Let’s just be careful we do not lead people astray.

Love you always Gis
